I finally got around to putting this together and I really hope you enjoy! This has been my go to make up look recently that I wear to work or just on days when I don’t have the creative juices flowing!
(P.S. I am by no means a professional I just have a love for makeup and really enjoy creating looks!)
I always like to start with my eyes first so that if anything has any fall out it doesn’t mess up my face makeup. In this I mainly go over the eye makeup steps and I will list out my face makeup steps at the end.
I have been loving the Too Faced Just Peachy Matte’s Palette from their Peaches n’ Cream collection.
I also am a girl who needs some shimmer so I have been using my peachy shimmer shades from ColourPop Cosmetics to brighten up my look. Pictured here are Super Shock Shadows in Tea Party and One by One. One by One was from their spring collection 2017- last year and is no longer available on their website. Tea Party is the alternative for this one and they also have a pressed powder shadow called Ready or Yacht that is very similar to both and provides the same great peachy shimmer color on the lid.
So I like to start with the Bella Pierre make up base that I received a couple of months ago in my Yes, Oh Yas subscription. I really love how this holds my shadow all day and makes for a nice base to apply my shadows too. In this photo I have set my eyes with the cream shades in the palette. I use them both and like to mix them together because Peach Meringue is more yellow tone and Peach Butter is more pink tone so I find when I mix the two together I get the perfect shade to set my lids.
Next I start with my transition shades starting with Peach Tea
To add more dimension I then add in some Peach Punch. This also adds in a little more color to the look.
From there I add in Peach Cobbler to not only give the look more depth with color but to also deepen the brown and warm hues.
And now for some more color! I love adding burgundy to almost all of my looks because I find that it makes the green in my eyes pop! Peach Sangria is the type of burgundy that is just one of those staple colors I feel I need in all of my eye looks!
The last crease shade I add in to really deepen the outer corners and complete the crease look is Peach Tart. It’s a deep warm brown that gives just enough darkness to the outer corner that I need to complete the look.
Now for the fun part! The Shimmer! This time I used the ColourPop pressed powder shade in Ready or Yacht. I like to pick up product and then spray my brush with some setting spray to help intensify the shimmer and make it really pop on the lid. With the super shock shadows from ColourPop I don’t have to wet my brush at all they are a mousey formula that make them super shinny and stunning!
Now to blend it all together I go back in with the brush I used with Peach Sangria with no additional product just to blend out any harsh edges from the shimmer shade. Once that is complete I go through the rest of my make up routine.
For my face I use a primer my favorite right now is the Rimmel Stay Matte that I got in my Ipsy a couple months back. I then apply my Wet n’ Wild Photo Focus Foundation in Shell Ivory (which is more of a pink undertone) with my beauty sponge. I think apply my Maybelline Age Rewind Concealer in the brightening shade. I think set my whole face with my Coty Airspun loose setting powder in Neutral. I think use the Too Faced Chocolate Soleil bronzer, followed by the Milani Cosmetic’s blush in Luminoso (a really beautiful peach) and for highlight I have been using Becca’s Moonstone.
I like to set my face with setting spray before I apply my mascara and lipstick and for this I used the Peach Perfect Matte Setting Spray from Too Faced. I think used the Butter London Double Decker Mascara which I got in last month’s Boxy Charm and the Adesse New York Liquid Lipstick in the most recent Boxy Charm on my lips.
I hope you enjoyed the look! If you want to see more let me know!
Thank you for stopping by and keep an eye out for what might be up around the curve!
